JOB TITLE: LabView Developer
Job Responsibilities:

Design and development of virtual instruments and automated test and measurements systems.

Development of automated test routines using graphical system design tools such as LabVIEW and National Instruments modular hardware
-
Design and development of electronics/electrical hardware and instrumentation systems, for healthcare applications
-
Design and testing of experimental setups for electrical, mechanical or thermal
measurements -
Design, development, and testing of electromechanical systems for high accuracy motion and fluid control systems
-
Collaboration with other team members (including both hardware and software engineers) to agree system designs, interfaces and protocols etc.

Documentation of design specifications and implementation details. Lead design reviews. Upholding of software design standards and methodologies.

Proactively support company compliance to Health and Safety legislation through adherence to company polices, processes and practices.

Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.

Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
Skill Set Requirements:
Essential:
-
Basic knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and control systems
-
2+ years of Experience in Virtual Instrumentation & LabVIEW programming
-
Working knowledge of image-processing toolkit in LabVIEW / Matlab /python
-
Working knowledge of electromechanical systems (motion controllers, fluid control systems etc)
-
Exposure of integrating C/ C#/ openCV/ dll codes in LabVIEW projects.

Basic Electronic circuit design, board level, and system level design understanding
Preferred:
-
Knowledge in Labview, LV real time, and exposure to cDAQ, cRIO, flex RIO etc. (Candidate with Labview NI certification is most preferred)

Programming skills ( C/C++/ Matlab/python)
-
Experience/exposure medical device design/diagnostics field ( 2+ years)
-
Basic Knowledge of PCB design practices, with working knowledge of Altium / Orcad
Essential Qualifications:
Graduate degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience.
OR
Post graduate degree (MS/M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent.
